Next year's Neuropathy Conference is now

being planned and we need your feedback.

(Neuropathy includes CMT!) The

conference will be in Las Vegas, so save

those nickels! Now, would you please

take a moment and give us your feedback?

Check as many choices as you like. Thank

o Have it on a Wed,Thurs. Fri and Sat

o Have it on a Fri, Sat. and Sun

o Have it on a Sun, Mon. and Tues

o Have it on Mon. Tues. and Wed

o Have it on The Strip, in a big accessible hotel

o Have it in a smaller hotel with cheaper rates, we can rent cars and carpool

to see the sites

o Have bus tours to see the sites

o Have special activities for children

o Have special VIP tickets arranged for top shows

o I would rather stay on The Strip

o I would like to stay away from The Strip

o I absolutely need an accessible room for my wheelchair/walker/scooter

o We need to have big name speakers to draw people to attend the Conference
