Air Travel with RLS

I travel a fair amount - and even on short flights I just HAVE T have an

aisle seat. I need to be able to move my legs. (I'm just 5 feet - and find

the lack of legroom on planes realIy bothersome - I can't imagine what taller

people do) I also take my RLS meds before the flight (currently Darvon).

I also get up a walk around every so often.

Some of my worst RLS experiences have been on planes - once I accidently put

my meds in my luggage, but I find that with an aisle seat and a Darvon (used

take Depakote, that worked too) I can fly comfortably.

Bon Voyage!
