Guest guest Posted June 9, 2000 Report Share Posted June 9, 2000 Hi, Cathy ... Yes ... the neck pain was unbearable, but thank God that we have corrective procedures for that condition. Had my last neck operation in 1988 and had a terrible time recovering. Suffered from chronic pain for about three years after the second surgery. Then, finally ... it started to subside and now I am relatively pain free from the neck. Now ... I have been diagnosed with CMT and have a lot of foot pain. It hits me real hard because I love to exercise and was walking four miles every morning as well as weight training. Now, I have eliminated the long walks from my routine, they are just too painful.
