Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Yes Becky I too have problems beathing in the heat and humidity. It seems to sap everything out of me and it doesn't take very long either. I love it when its aroound 75 degrees and no humidity this is perfect for me I feel so good. If I didn't have air conditioning in my car or house I don't know how I could handle it. When the humidity gets up there as it does here by the lake in Indiana I just can't get my breath very good. I feel like there just isn't any air and my chest feels like there is a weight on it. I also get very stiff and achy so that doesn't help the situation any either. When there is a breeze it does help a little but oh man no breeze and I feel like I am in a closed box or something. It gets pretty freaky at times especially when I get the gasp thing going on do you have that happen to you? I use to have t super bad when I was a kid. Chance my Grandson has had this happen to him too and my daughter had him checked for asthma and they ruled it out so it must be a combination of the CMT and air pollution at least that is what I figure. We live close to Chicago and the Steel Mills also some oil refineries and other factories that I am sure cotribute to the air pollution factor. I have a neice right now who is finding out she has some lung problems they are not sure exactly what yet but she does have foot problems and her hands are also starting to give her trouble. She hasn't been diagnosed with CMT but I have a pretty good assumption she has it. Well I have rattled on long enough. I hope to hear if any others like Becky and I are havng similar problems with the heat and breathing. Take Care all. Cathy
