Guest guest
Thanks to all who write with support and concern, I really didn't worry about stopping the Trazadone all at once, as I have gone four a day or two before when I hadn't gotten my prescription filled or some other reason with no ill effects. I really hadn't thought I was addicted to this, as such, but that its effectiveness was waning and, yes, that the dosage was too high. I don't take any type of meds except for Advil. I did have a really jumpy night, however, but not true RLS symptoms. Just an overall " ansty " feeling in my stomach. More like a severe case of nerves. That has me thinking that this is more withdrawal symptoms! That's a scary thought in itself for me. But I'm doing fine. Got only minimal sleep last night (around three hours between 3-6 a.m.), but woke up feeling truly rested for the first time in months and months! I've cleaned my house from top to bottom. Skipped my afternoon coffee, had a good high protein meal and am ready to try again tonight! Again, thanks for all your best wishes...
