Guest guest
Hi & everyone, , please stay. Your research of 18mths is bound to help us all. I tend to think that RLS may have several origins and what you have found thus far is ringing true in some areas for me. I do leg lifts while lying on my side; for each leg I lift 50 times. This relieves the impulse to move. I attribute it to " tiring " out the muscles and it works for at least 20 min. I usually do this excercise while waiting for med's to kick in, or while watching tv when RLS hits. Please list your excercise regime as I'm really interested (and sure others will be too). Have a good day Ana Casinha, 34 Woodbridge, Ont.
