Hi Rose,

Where I live in a small town north of Los Angeles, we have a wonderful

market that delivers the food. I just send my grocery list in by email

in the morning, that afternoon, the groceries are delivered. Saves me

ALOT of time, since I work at home, and also the dog food and other

items can be really heavy. On top of that, one of the young eager beaver

young delivery boys even puts the groceries away in the refridgerator

for me! There are a number of markets/stores that have this service

here.
