Just thought I'd do an update. It's actin up again. Dangdest stuff

ever. I was without it for 3 days. So now I'm trying to copy the

things I was doing to make it go away before. 3 days after I saw Dr.

Dorman it was gone for 3 days till I fasted the 10 hours to do the blood

work for Dr.Runyon. I was taking 3 things that I quit taking after the

bloodwork. I quit taking them because of the Chinese things I'm taking

now. Well, gonna start taking them again cause I'm tired of very

little, crappy sleep. The 3 things were msm,Oral chelation, and Evening

Primrose Oil. Going to take the msm and even.prim. first for a few

days. If that don't do it then on to the Oral Chel. Dr. Runyon said

the msm is a very good thing to be taking. He said he takes it and grew

hair back on top of his head. From what I've read it will grow hair and

nails. Or I should say make them grow faster. Seems to be an all

around natural good thing to take. We'll see. Finished

reading the book Dread of Night. Thought it matched with what Dr.

Runyon said about something building up in your muscles. Forget what

the word is. But I was catching up on reading and one article in there

on msm caught my eye. It was about msm getting rid of lactic acid

buildup. I think that was the same thing the book said causes RLS.

Buildup of lactic acid. Could somebody else who has the book look it up

also? Just to check me? Any way I'm fixin to find out if that's the

case. By using the msm. By the way,Dr. Runyon said to double the

original dose. So I'm to take 4000 mg a day in 2 doses. But I think

your supposed to take it away from food. Dr. Dorman wanted me to take

it at 3:00A and 3:00P. No way am I getting up on purpose at that time.

I think the idea was away from food and by itself. And 12 hours

apart. I also read that Vit.C helps it to be absorbed more.

Well, that's all for now.................... COCO MO.
