Guest guest Posted May 19, 2000 Report Share Posted May 19, 2000 Hi Jack, I nixed sugar, and fats about 2-3 years ago. Started drinking water instead of soda. I lost weight and felt better. I have a Dr. prescribed diet if you want a copy, email me privately. Only Vitamin I take is 1000 IU of E at my Dr. suggestion. Other vitamins I get from food, now that my diet is better. I also quit smoking everything and drinking alcohol many years back. I sit in the sun for Vitamin D. Also drink milk.
