Hi Connie:

Thank you for the very helpful information. Unfortunately carrying

heavy trays in front of me is not an option, as I am also blessed LOL

with tendonitis in both elbows. I do tend to carry them on my right

shoulder, but usually they are so heavy that I still tend to tilt to one

side to compensate for the extra weight. I had also thought of sciatica.

I don't have pain in my back as such, although it can be sore by the end of

a night. I have also tried ice packs. They don't seem to help. Thank you

for your helpful insight. Good day to you.
