I flew there and we had a great time but OH MY GOD am I tired and sore!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone notice the PRESSURE on your body when you fly??? I am not a frequent flyer. But when we flew this time, I felt so much pressure and weight on my body during the flight. It was awful and Then after a long weekend of walking and NO NAPPING and late nights......I am feeling it now!!!!!!!! Now I am recuperating slowly. Recently, I flew to London with my husband and another couple. We walked everywhere and by the end of the week I caught a cold, my calves ached, and had major fatigue. It took me a week to recuperate because I didn't pace myself. I'm newly diagnosed, so I still think I can do the things I used to do.
