Guest guest
I have always been a " wiggler " , even in school, I could not sit still. At night I try to relax my legs starting at my feet and moving up my legs, it seems to work, but when I wake up in the morning, the calves of my legs are all knotted up. I have started some serious stretching excercises to see if that will help. I walked with a friend of mine up to her house yesterday on a slight incline and noticed the back of my thighs and lower legs were aching and feeling like they were getting really streched. Up until recently I thought I was in pretty good shape from working around the ranch, but I'm guessing now that most of my strength is in my arms and shoulders. I am starting a regime of yoga and/or thi chi, I will let you know how this goes after I give it a week or two. If I could get the PLMD in check, the meds help the RLS so I might just get a good nights sleep, who knows? Happy day to all.
