Guest guest
Hello everyone Becca here!! Massage is so wonderful. I used to go to a girl who worked so hard for me!! She learned all the time reading and finding information on techniques and aromas that she felt would be beneficial. She was the best, and her massages helped me sop much. I stopped going to her because I couldn't afford it any more but boy if I could I'd be there in a heart beat!! http://www.onelist.com/subscribe/CMTweightmanagement
Guest guest
Gretchen, I know what you mean. All 3 of my kids and my husband love to be touched. But myself, I usually don't like it when someone massages me. Go figure. However, I do get a lot out of being the one who is administering the back rub or massage. I think with me it is a control thing. I am more at ease when I am the one in control (giving a back or foot rub) to someone else. I still gain great benefits because I am still engaging in touch. And if I am really irritated, my best therapy can be to give my husband a back massage. It's greata because we both benefit. Ruth >>Ruth, while there are times touch is great, sometimes I just can't stand >it, especially if my feet are hurting. > >Gretchen > ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com

I go to a place near my home that is a massage school. Yes, I used to think that students giving a massage wouldn't give such a good job and/or they weren't experienced enough. The school I go to is #1 about 3/4 less than getting a " expert " massage, since I pay only $20/hour for a massage (and no tipping allowed for students), they have to do a BETTER job at the massage since their instructors are " keeping an eye " on things and they're graded by the massages they do. Sooooooo, look in your yellow pages of your phone book and see what schools are around you that instruct on massage and get a wonderful massage for less than 1/2 price. They do a wonderful job. ===== Beth Watts RNY Procedure November 1992 West Palm Beach, FL __________________________________________________
