Guest guest
Hi everyone! Does anybody out there use nite splints or I think they are also called Plantar Fasiciatis (sp?) Splints when they sleep? If they do does it seem to help with stretching the heel cord out so that you don't feel so tight when you wake up in the morning? Thanks.
