Nite splints

Hi everyone! Does anybody out there use nite splints or I think they are

also called Plantar Fasiciatis (sp?) Splints when they sleep? If they do

does it seem to help with stretching the heel cord out so that you don't feel

so tight when you wake up in the morning? Thanks.
