Guest guest
Ok Lee, how do you sleep almost all day long. I can't even sit all day long? Sorry if that sounds sarcastic. I work nights sometimes and would love to find a way to sleep as much as it sounds like you do. When Dr. Levin posted the information about magnesium, I started taking it. I think I sleep better (although not really longer) . The " proof " of this is that my dreams are better--more positive, peaceful instead of negative, depresssing, frightening. Guest guest
, I don't know how I sleep that long. I have been know to sleep around the clock. In the a.m. (sometimes) my legs will act up on arising and if I eat something they will go away. Before I stated taking meds klonipin and vicodin and percocet I was a morning person and was fully awake at 6:00, now I have turned into a person of the night and my body is going full blast even after taking my meds. I just kind of thought it was natural for some of us who were sleep depvired to sleep all day long. It sure is nice, I'm truly sorry this doesn't work for you, it sure helps my general mood get back in balance. Its the dreaming I look forward too!!!!!
