, I do the same thing, sort of.

Before I knew about RLS and delta sleep, I used to get so tired that I

would take a day to sleep. Sometimes that meant calling in sick. I find

that it is so much easier for me to get deep, quality sleep during the

day.

I dream all the time, but my daytime dreams are different. They are often

complex stories, very entertaining. I am a technical writer by

profession, but I've often thought that I should just start turning my

dreams into short stories, novels, even movie scripts.

I suppose that means I'm dreaming of a career change :^D
