Hello Larry,

I've been taking one 50mg Ultram in the evening when the symptoms start. At

first, I had some minor side-effects, itching, lack of appetite and a mild

headache but they stopped in less than a week. That was four months ago and

I no longer experience any noticable side-effects. As for results, for me

it is one of the most effective drugs I've taken. As Dr. Levin has pointed

out, it only works for some RLS patients. I keep a journal on this and have

skipped medication approximately eight days a month, that is, I don't take

it every night. I augment this with methods like those described by Jill

Gunzel in her web site. And a few methods of my own.
