Guest guest
Dear Group, I've had rls for as long as I could remember, but never know what it was. I could not figure out why I was so tired all the time, and why I had this uncontrollable urge to always move my legs. I finally went to a sleep clinic (1.5 year wait) and they hooked me up and watched me sleep, well more like kick all night long. So I have Periodic Limb movements (legs and arms) and rls. I found that Baclofen relaxed my legs quite a bit, where I could actually get to sleep without taking any sleeping pills. And St. 's Wort during the day to give me some boost. I used to take 2 gravol, and Immovane just to fall asleep. I now only take lots of calcium and mag, for the time being and 20min hot baths at bedtime trying to cure my insomnia. I don't take any meds right now and my rls has increased a lot. Of everything I've tried Baclofen works the best.
