Guest guest
Hi Nina, my cats are doing well, I would say our kitten is doing to well :-) She is deaf and ignores everything we tell her. And she is really light so she can climb on everything or every wall (using the wallpaper). Today she climbed on our fitted kitchen because I took her away from the stove (I was cooking). Then she jumped on the sideboard next to the stove again and pushed a jar filled with coca cola. So there was cleaning again :-) Our tom-cat is waiting for a delicacy at the moment. He loves the milk- drops from our gerbils (we have two gerbils). And now he is crying because he wants them! But his life really is hard at the moment. The kitten always wants to fight with him and he always does it (instead of running away) Our last cat is sleeping (I guess). They are like children but they also give a lot pleasure to our life. Best greetings from Germany,
Guest guest
Hi ! Thanks for updating on your " babies " (cats). Yes, my kitten must be deaf too! Last week when I lifted a chicken out of the oven, he was just about to jump in. I had this heavy tray in my hands, and couldn't grab him.... I screamed to scare him away. I don't want to think how he could have burned himself! My Siamese have really taken to the little one. Sometimes he find him a bit too much - but it's not easy to get away from him... He is ready to pounce behind every corner.... Life is never dull with a kitten in the house. I lift him off the worktop and cooker about 50 times a day and can't turn my back at him for a second. I love them to bits! Best Wishes from Nina CAThrine

Guest guest
It sounds like pets have had a positive therapeutic impact. There's a large literature base on the efficacy of pet therapies for a number of different ailments and for recovery in general. If you find cats totally irrelevant, just skip or hit the " delete " button. Since the subject line says " cats " and you do not find that pertinent, that's all the time required. That's the beauty of the subject line - it helps us sort through what messages are most relevant and interesting at any particular point in our lives.. Guest guest
Robin here.... I too am having a problem with this list. I feel like we are being directed as to what subjects we can discuss and what ones we cannot. There are those of us that have a weight problem...which I feel directly relates to our CMT...and we are told that we need a seperate group to discuss our issues. Yet, there are those of us that do not use AFOs, but I have to read all about them. I am not complaining about the AFO issue....I just think that we are all so very different...and we have different issues and concerns. This is supposed to be a forum for all of CMT aspects....not just a select few. If we need to read about cats ( which I own and love), then I think we can discuss any other concerns also. Just had to get that off my chest __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Robin I agree with you. We live with CMT everyday in so many ways. I would still like an upbeat chat, and don't think we should use our CMTers for chain mail(which I hate). But, I think we can help others in so many 0ther ways, as well. Robin wrote: Robin here.... Guest guest
Peaches is still looking for the cats in the back of the entertainment center  this morning she was supervising Grace's PT session  Cats are so funny. Our new [old] cat has tried almost every chair in the house and claimed them as HER beds. It’s been a long time since we had any cats in here, so we think she is putting HER scent on everything. She will even run ahead of us and jump in OUR chairs before we get there. She sleeps between us at night, and will hang out with me during the day half on me and half on my desk. She’s been a mellow good kitty so far. I hope it lasts because I don’t want to get too attached only to have her bad habits if any come out. Next on the agenda is a cat condo put by the window so she can watch the hummers.  Glad to have you back Anne, missed you! Peaches was so interested - even after I threw the envelope out she is still trying to find the smell of 14 cats.  Then I went to 's on tuesday and she gave me a fluffy blanket - she knows Grace turns the heat down - she doesn't want me to get pneumonia with 12,000 email to go. I walked in a few hours after putting the rolled up blanket on the back of the couch and Peaches had her nose in the blanket up to her eyes - she was smelling my grand dogs!  Now she has squirrels in the neighborhood and every 3 + months a fat rabbit things will get interesting. Guest guest
Squirrels, eh? We have a squirrel living under our house and one of our dogs sits in the kitchen and listens for it all day long. Lady is the dog that got sprayed by the skunk. She truly sits in the kitchen all day long and listens. lolhugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
