Guest guest
Good morning everyone and a loverly morning it is too! First, I want to ask anyone who is out there and taking A to B Calm where they purchase it. I live in the Boston area and have gone into a number of Nature Food stores and no one has ever heard of it. I believe that the person who first mentioned it said it was a freeze dried product, not a tea and so I don't even know what, or where to look for it. I already take a Cal/Mag/Zinc at bedtime but it sounds like maybe the vinegar (?) makes the diff. Don't know. Also, if you are there I have a question regarding the Celebrex. I believe a few people were talking about it the other day. I have/had been on it for about a month or so and didn't think I noticed any big difference. But I believe you mentioned that you take it when you need it and not everynight/day. Is that correct? If so are you then saying you take it almost as a pain medication? How many mgs. do you take. I was only taking 50 at night but the doc said I could increase it. Of course, I think there are others of you who are taking this and if you have any suggestions please let me know. Jodi, I am glad you have decided to stay with the group. I'm sure it can't be easy for you especially when your RLS has kicked in again plus all the other stressors in your life presently. Hang in there and take care of yourself. I hope the A to B Calm does help. BTW, has anyone heard anything from or about how Jill is doing? Sleep well all my friends and hope you enjoy this wonderful day today. Kathy/Cambrdige, MA 51 and 52 in 23 days, OI !!
Guest guest
To Kathy and anyone else interested in A to B Calm. I looked up the website www.calmag.com and telephoned the number given on the site. A woman with a nice voice answered and when I said I wanted to place an order asked me if I am in a support group. She said she's gotten a lot of orders lately from support group members. This was on friday and she said that I was lucky as they were shutting down for two weeks but my order came in time so I'll get it right away. I ordered the 3 oz for $15.95 which is enough for 60 servings. It's herbal based. I figured by 60 servings I'd know if it helps at all. It's not a new company. CHEERS!! Jeanne and Mr. Biggles in Poultney VT About Celebrex I'm ignorant but I'm sure others will clue you in.
