> Dear Nan Thanks for explaining.I do have some strange feeling in my

legs pin and needles at times and achiness in calfs often. I had very

disruptive sleep for many years well all my life just got worse over

last 10 years, not realizing that my legs was the main cause of it. I

did not feel so much my legs moving but was and is very exhausted all

the time and has limited my life greatly. So even though my limbs are

not in the same distress as yours are and it is hard for me to imagine

how horrible that must be for you. I have been disabled by PLMD from

much of life. So do I also have RLS? Or just PLMD. Either condition is

not a desirable one to have. And even though I am sleeping now with

klonopin.( This is not an advertisement for Klonopin as I realize I have

named it so often all ready in my post I sound like a commercial to my

self.) I am still so tired maybe from drug itself and I have the added

worry of addiction there is not an easy answer for me.I was doing

caffene to off set drug but I found my self wanting more and more

caffene to push through my day. I am taking a break from it for a week

now and that feels horrible ,headaches and all. The caffene causes me to

have a very sore chest for 2 weaks each month. The Motrin or advil the

doctor told me to take for soreness 15 days each month causes

constipation. So what am I to do?

Back to subject of RLS and Nan

If your limbs did not cause you the distress that they do but still

kept you from sleeping well and you were exhausted most of the time

would you still think you would make the same statement as below? With

all my respect Jeanie Stout

This is supposedly disrupptive to your sleep, but I don't really

>care what my legs are doing as long as I don't feel it. I wouldn't

>mind if my arms and legs went flying in all directions, if it wasn't

>accompanied by the horrible sensations of RLS.
