Hi everyone, here's hoping you all had a romantic and restful Valentine's day.

I've really enjoyed reading everyone's e-mail--fascinating stuff. I'm the Jill

who got off the Prozac about 10 days ago--even though I weaned off it slowly,

without starting the St. john's wort right away, boy, what a ride! Last night I

felt so many different emotions I hadn't felt in a long time, it really made me

realize what antidepressents do! Anyway, the rls symptoms seemed MUCH better

after stopping the Prozac; however, the past three days(and nights!) have

brought this unwelcome friend back...does anyone feel that stress aggravates

rls? I'm so new to all this, and not having a lot of help from a doctor (yet),

this is so perplexing, I was thrilled my symptoms were better, but now they are

back in full force. I'm on the St. 's Wort now, wonder if that could be

aggravating it? Also, a totally unrelated question to you all--my Mom passed

away last year (she was 56), it was quick and unexpected due to cancer. My

question to you all is, as I'm sure some of you have experienced the same thing

(unfortunatley),is there any way to comfort the remaining parent? I called my

Dad tonight (he lives 1 hour away), and he was crying and telling me how he

hadn't eaten anything today and how much he missed my Mom. I really didn't know

what to say-- I feel as though anything I can say is trivial and doesn't

help...I miss her awful too. Does anyone have any advice or insight on the best

way to handle this?? This has been a tough time!!! P.S. Jill, thanks for the

letter--you are very talented in your writing...I appreciate anyone's insight.

Thanks a bunch.. hope everyone sleeps well tonight. It's kind of nice when I'm

up pacing the house all night that I'm not alone..I think of you all often.
