Guest guest Posted May 11, 2000 Report Share Posted May 11, 2000 Hi Martha, I used to fall all the time, but mostly when I was tired. This was during my high school/college years. I did alot of sitting then (too much school!) But lots of activity on weekends. I am 47 now and have fallen about 3 times in the last year total, as compared to 3 falls a night during my earlier life. Go figure. I do have to focus on my feet and where I want them to go and make conscious hard work directed to them to get me there! If I am in a hurry, tired, or overworked, well then, more opportunity to fall.
