Guest guest
Hello everyone, I have been away for a few days and now catching up on our CMTUS posts. Someone asked how pain affects us: well, ever since I was a kid, I would have a burning in my feet if I was on them a long time. The burning went away when I sat down, or slept and still does. In the summer I ice my feet with freezer packs to cool them and that takes the burn away. Muscle pain used to affect me greatly during high school, college, and grad school. This was tightening, cramping/spastic muscles. This went away with potassium, valium and sleep. It has been over 25 year since I experienced this muscle type pain. About a year ago I started to get electrical type nerve pain surging through my legs and arms. Within a week of voicing this complaint to my Dr. I started taking Neurontin and this pain is also gone. (still taking Neurontin) Gretchen
