The best thing you can do is to get more iron in your diet, but you can also

take supplements. I don't advise just doing this on your own, though,

because too much iron can be critical also. If I were you I would discuss

this with my doctor and see how he recommends you do it, with him keeping an

eye on you, of course.

I believe the easiest kind of iron for the body to assimilate is called

" Heme " iron. This is the kind found in red meat. Since a lot of people are

not eating much red meat anymore, they need to find other sources of this

mineral. You also need some Vitamin C at the time you are eating your meal

to help you get the iron that is in it. Supplements often cause stomach

problems, so be prepared.

I am sending another letter right after this with some important iron

information that I copied . Anyone interested in this can look for

it......those who are not can delete. It will be called " Iron Information "
