I have no right to reply, I deleted the letter after reading the first

line.I can swear it doesn't help. When I have a very mild rls attack,

because my meds help, but not enough yet,

I can manage by computering, or my pillow talk (speaker I mean). But a

" normal " attack, as I had last night, even after taking Permax, I just

cannot sit still., or stand still, or be still.

I jump for hours , can hardly make tea, when it gets better I have to

rock my body for another hour, before I can go to bed again. Then it's

dawn of course.

You ( well I) have to sit still to concentrate on something.

Not to make you feel sorry for me ( I can do that very well myself), but

it feels the full blown attacks are beyond concentration.

And Jill, I deleted because you warned me, I'd be irritated, and you

never did irritate me,

but if you do, it is because I am jealous.

After a better night I might get the letter from the Trash and read it

with interest.Marleen
