Guest guest
Hey June.... I think I know what you're describing. There are times when it's as though someone cut about ten inches out of the " strings " in the back of my legs (muscles? tendons? Dr. Levin, I know you're shaking your head at me! LOL) If I lay on my back and raise one leg...trying to keep it straight, I just can't, without it bending a LOT at the knee. Other times, I can do a pretty straight leg stretch, straight up in the air. Weird. And now...on to important things. MY THUMPER ARRIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You want details? Well, here's the problem. It's a BIG problem. I haven't had an RLS attack to try it on, yet. LOL I just got it last night. I think the same thing will hold true on this, as we all discovered with any vibrator. When you first start using it, it almost makes the RLS worse for about 20 seconds. But if you just hang in there, it sorta shatters everything and your muscles relax. It definitely POUNDS the muscles, as opposed to the back and forth vibrations of a normal heavy duty vibrator. I know it sound sick to say this...but I almost am looking forward to my next RLS attack that really knots up my muscles. I think the Thumper will work great on it. I hope finds us. That letter of yours, that fateful 4a.m. morning a year ago, was a lifesaver for me!!!! What a year of learning and progress this has been!!!
