Guest guest Posted February 24, 1999 Report Share Posted February 24, 1999 Regardless of what else you put in your subject line, be SURE to start it with " RLS: " (Or at least have RLS somewhere in the line.) The reason for this is that many people use a sorting or filtering feature with their emails. They can set it up so any subject line with RLS in it is automatically put in their RLS folder. Also, be sure to check your subject line when you make a reply to a letter. You can CHANGE the subject line when you reply. The original letter might be about SYMPTOMS, but your reply might be about another aspect of that letter. Keep the subject lines in agreement with the subject of YOUR letter.
