Guest guest
: To the best of my recollection, Dr. Maas in " Power Sleep " said that droping off to sleep very quickly was a sure sign of sleep deprivation, and is not otherwise a sign of abnormality. I probably don't need to tell you that it's very dangerous to drive a car when your'e severely sleep deprived. What is obvious to me is that you need help to get some decent sleep. Check the RLS Foundation's website at www.rls.org if you haven't already, and armed with some solid information, see a good doctor, if you can find one! Guest guest
I don't nod off, but the times I get to sleep during the daytime (sometimes I take what I call a dream day) I will dream non stop for the entire time even when I think I am partially awake. It is bazarr that so many dreams can cram themselves into such a short period of time. Lee
