Marleen....you're a true friend. Thanks for deleting my letter. :)

I'm sure grateful that I don't have it as badly as you do, and as often as

you do. I've had the full panic thing, where I can't concentrate and have

to move or do the hot tub or totally change the scene. At those times, it

usually gets to the muscles, too, so I'm left with pain and needing to

stretch. But those times are VERY seldom, any more. Because of those

experiences, though...I know EXACTLY what you mean, and I agree. I'd be

hard pressed to sit still and just concentrate.

Take care....and keep dancin'...with your boots ON!!! :)

Thanks Jill, I am feeling better already. Yesterday the meds worked, I had

just the crawling creepies and I got rid of them within the hour by

concentrating on something else.I don't fight your point, but, as you know, it

works different or at least not always for us, rlssers. Marleen,52, learned
