CMT/STRESS

Avoidance of stress

Stress can make CMT seem much more difficult to cope with, so try to avoid it.

This can be easier said than

done, but the advantages of a calm attitude to life are obvious. We get easily

fatigued as it is, but stress can

double or treble the overall effect, with disastrous results.
