Guest guest Posted January 28, 2000 Report Share Posted January 28, 2000 Excess sugar really throws a body off - it burns up energy too fast, in my experience. Several years ago I gave up all refined sugar, ice cream, sweets, etc. Substituted fruit, sorbet.
