Guest guest
Hi Alisha, The only thing that helps me warm up is a very HOT bath - my biggest problem is not scalding myself. Anyway, when I am really cold I try to take my very hot bath before I go to bed. By the way, I love to read your posts! I always worry when we don't hear from you in a while - it's the mom in me! Your insight as a teenager is always refreshing. They are at walmart and target. The pad has more coils at the bottom where your feet are so you don't over heat on top. My pad is cold sensitive so where ever I am cold the blanket heats up. I got it at walmat. Speaking from experiance
