I got bad news regarding my biopsy. It came back positive for breast cancer.

I have to have surgery next Wednesday to remove the tumor. The good news is,

is that it is a very slow growing tumor, so it is hopefully just in my chest

area, and not systemic.

Through all the questions, I said to my surgeon, can I have my Mirapex for my

RLS? She told me to sneak it in. She said that this issue is always a

nightmare, and that it would cause me a lot less grief to just bring it

myself.

Anyway, thank you for your prayers and thoughts. I'm going through a million

different feelings now. I'll keep you guys informed about all that happens. I

fortunately have a lot of support here in Malibu. And God. talk to you soon.

Elaine, Elaine, please don't take her advice and sneak it in. Make her add

it to her orders. I was told to sneak in my RLS medication when I went in

to Mass. General for a triple bypass and when I woke up and the RLS started

I found that they'd gone into my drawer and taken it away. They wouldn't

give it to me as it wasn't on the doctor's orders! I had a massive RLS

attack along with a horrendous Charley-horse before kicking someone and then

passing out! This was not good for a cardiac patient to have to go through

immediately after such surgery. So please make her include it in her

orders!!!!!!!!

Cheers and all my prayers!!
