Guest guest
Hi Peggie,Kat, et. al., years ago I had knees popping out for no reason. Landed in emergency room, the Dr.s there put knees back in. The 'thought' was that my knees were 'loose' to begin with - as being born that way. The Dr.s recommended surgery, I thought I'd wait on that 'suggestion'...long story short, the last knee to pop out was about 1988 or 89. Haven't had any popping since and no knee surgery either. Again go figure. I have regular, good calf muscles. Used to fall ALL the time in my teens and 20's, in my 30's and now 40's, the falls are less frequent. I think last year maybe a total of 3-4 falls, which is amazing, since that used to be 3-4 a day when I was a teen! I have no explanation for this, neither does a Dr. And I don't worry about it. I am in total agreement, falling on grass is better, also carpet. A harder surface can have more of an impact. Gretchen Peggie S. Weston wrote: > > Hi Kat Peggie here.
