Come on now. Surely I'm not the only one who has done this exact thing

that was just given us from Dr. Meadows book. This is something I've

done quite often. You know, if you are all so eager to try this Quacks

remedies, why don't I just write a book of all the fifty or more

exercises I do to try and keep my RLS at bay.

Next thing you know he'll be telling us to walk around the room nonstop

for about an hour. Now, that would be something new (ha,ha).

Maybe he might even put in taking a hot bath. Now that would really be a

novelty. Am I being a smart aleck ? Well, I guess so !!!!!

Hi Sherri. I don't know of any sites, but I was told a light cardio workout is

best. Walking, swimming, low impact aerobics. I hope these help a little.
