Guest guest
Hi guys (sexist...)...hi group! Oh I just had a frontal lobotomy...du-dah-du-dah, she-bop! Now you just stop that right now, JB...time to be silly and time to...what was the question? Okay...after that I'd like to add about RLS on the job! Grrrrrrrrr!!! I had a sit-down job as a word processor. I'd have my foot on the pedal of the transcribing machine and my *** knee would start spazzing. And I would be working on a rush, so I couldn't just get up and walk it off! I think an RLS-friendly job would involve a lot of walking around. Some of you have it much worse than I do and I think mine has been much better since I haven't been working. Lately when it acts up in the afternoon usually, I take a carbodopa/levo with a generic vicodin and that keeps my legs ok until 8-9 pm. Actually, that's the way it's been lately. SOMEtimes there's just NOTHING that works well. During the past 2 weeks I've been very grateful for the peace! Getting to sleep later in the morning is another story...up before 6 am after going to bed at 1-2 a.m. Six hours is about the max (sleep-wise). Cya in the funnies! Love and cheers, Joyce
