Hi Rose-Marie,

Sorry to hear you are sick with the flu. From what I've read of your past

emails, you have

a very busy life, so being sick must be very stressful for you. When you

and your doctor

discussed flu shots, did he decide not to give you one? I also get very

tired long after the

flu is over, and this year wasn't nearly as bad as last year(when I didn't

get a flu shot) so

I will probably continue to get flu shots.

Very sad to hear about your son's digestion problem, so young he is to have

to deal with

this. Glad that the Prepulsid is helping a lot. Did the doctor ever

mention that some foods

might be harder to digest for him that others? Several people with CMT

(or other similar

diseases) have a very hard time digesting any wheat or dairy products.

Does he eat these?

I am trying myself to cut out all wheat products(very hard to digest) and

most dairy to see

if they help my energy levels.

Was nice to read about your bicycle trips. How adventurous you were! I

also like to go

for very short bike trips, but its my arms that usually give out before my

legs.

My mother's parents were from Sweden, but I have never been there. From what

I read about Sweden it is a very progressive country in so many ways.
