Dear Jeanie I hope you can keep posting your bon mots. I for one enjoy

them. We do need to have laughter in our lives.

Their was one poem how ever some one posted a few weeks ago that had

the F word in it missing a letter or so but it was still the Nasty word

meaning sex because it was ment to rhythmed with the poem. So I didn't

finish reading it an it spoiled thei whole poem fo rme. This is when the

Delete does not come in fast enough because you have already read the

ofensive word. I like to try to keep my thoughts positive and using

such words are not positive in nature to me.I use the scripture in

Ephesians chapter 5 verse 4 and I will first use the King version

which states

" Neither fifthiness,nor foolish talking ,nor jesting which are not

convenient but the giving of thanks. "

This is the principle in the bible to follow when speaking.

In case no one gets the idea from the old English was of conversing.

Here it is in the New World Translation

" Neither shameful conduct nor foolish talking nor obscene jeating things

which are not becoming but the giving of thanks "

So I guess what I would wish that humor or poems be kept clean.

Gee, does this mean that I can no longer forward some of the hysterical

bon mots I receive? I'd hoped they were lightening the general

atmosphere of frustration, pain and misery that our mutual malady (RLS)

causes us.

I like your spirit and it infects me.And it also refreshing to see some

one using the bible and reminding us of the principles with in.

Each day God gives me is a blessing. . I'm full of joy at just being

Just this morning I read in Proverbs 20:3 " It is to a man's honor to

avoid strife, but every fool is quick to quarrel. " I don't know why but

it seemed to fit somehow.

where the sun is shining, the birds are singing and everything is green

and beautiful.

for now my limbs are at peace but who knows what the next five minutes

will bring. I don't care, I'll contend with it when it happens and

meanwhile Mr. Biggles and I will enjoy the day!!
