Guest guest
Hi I've beem diagnosed with CMT only last year, by EMG and DNA testing. My CMT is very mild, I've always walkd on my tip toes, and had a really bad handwriting, and I always used to fall, but the problems started in the 9th grade, in a school trip i sprained the ankle, since then the sprains are a part of my life, it might be partly my fault, I didn't let my ankle recover, I hardly stayed off him, and I kept swimming (I've been swimming for 7 years, and I think maybe that what helps me, after I was diagnosed my dr recommended on sport), last year I started a little physiotherapy, but I haven't really stuck with that, and I know I should, so my ankle would be stronger. I also have troubles with sleeping, or more to the point - it takes me ages to fall asleep, usually when I finally do fall asleep I sleep well, but there are nights when I hardly sleep, I wake up during the night, if I could sleep until late I'd be fine, but I have uni in the mornings, so only in the weekends I can sleep, but it seems like I'm always tired. Barbara, about your question, I'm not from china, I'm from Israel, my named is spelled with ch, but is pronounces like a " h " .
