I, too, had biofeedback training for stress years ago... that's how my RLS was

finally diagnosed. Did fine when concentrating on other parts of the body, but

when I got to my legs I went crazy!

When I told my doctor about it, he actually found a short - two sentence --

description of RLS in a medical book and, viola!, that was me!

I still use the muscle relaxing techniques to prevent severe muscle spasms in

my neck and shoulders, but never, never on my legs.

- 56 and sleeping pretty good right now!
