Guest guest
I, too, had biofeedback training for stress years ago... that's how my RLS was finally diagnosed. Did fine when concentrating on other parts of the body, but when I got to my legs I went crazy! When I told my doctor about it, he actually found a short - two sentence -- description of RLS in a medical book and, viola!, that was me! I still use the muscle relaxing techniques to prevent severe muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders, but never, never on my legs. - 56 and sleeping pretty good right now!
