Guest guest
Hello Maia, I used to smoke, from age 16 or so to about 25. I quit when I " accidentally " burned up a draft of my thesis - big lesson, and that was before computers! Smoking, I feel, did nothing for me, except made my hair and clothes smell terrible. I smoked cannabis for while and just that helped me relax, slow down, and relieved pain. But I quit that too. Now for me, it is working with doctors as a team, taking medications and vitamins, wearing orthotics, pacing myself in activities, and what I feel is real important to my staying positive and keeping my nerves calm - meditation.
