Guest guest
Hi , I had physical therapy years ago after a childhood surgery and through Jr. Hi and High School. 3X a week for years. Really helped me. The Physical Therapist made it fun. She came to my house and we did all kinds of stretches and I had to " practice " stretching inbetween sessions. Guest guest
Gretchen yes PT has helped my legs and arms in the past Often med techs and therapists know more or care more(i know not which) than doctors about our needs. The doctor who made my final diagnosis at a state univ. hospital(he should be good)said " . go home and live with it.Theres nothing that can be done. " He was wrong because others have helped me and I am healthier and stronger than in years.Try every thing.Gwen

Guest guest
Hi, Gretchen ... It was a PT who led me to a TENS unit when I had the terrible pain radiating down from my neck. That was the start of my pain recovery ... those things really work.
