RLS/menstrual cycle

Hi everyone (although this question is directed to the women in the group),

Do any of the women in this group experience an increase in RLS during their

menstrual cycle? I have noticed that my RLS is much worse the day before and

the first couple of days of my cycle. Could this be due to bloating? Or could

it be related to a decrease in iron? Or is it because I'm usually more tired

during those days and my RLS is always worse when I'm tired. Just wondering

if this is common or am I the only one?
