Lamar, yes I am working with a personal trainer. Where I live the YMCA

and several health clubs offer both. Check around. Was trying to find a

website where you could enter your zip code and find an instructor

anywhere in the world. Found it but can't get it to load, so you'll have

to wait, unless Kat can find it first! As for Yoga, basic Yoga, have

done for a number of years. My first class was at a Y. There are also

yoga classes for all levels done through health centers, fitness groups,

and clubs, even our senior citizens center has yoga classes open to the

public now! So check around. I do now some Yoga instructors who

free-lance in private homes, but there goes your checkbook! LOL

There are classes about 40 miles away. The yoga they do is far too strenuous

for me. The Iengar is a gentle kind so I understand. Only instructor I found

is about 350 miles!!!
