Lynn,

YES !!! That's it, those exploding knees. The buildup of pressure

is how I have always described it, at least to myself because I didn't

really think others would understand. It's like the pressure builds and

builds ( I sometimes can't believe my knees aren't ten times their

normal size) until it just explodes and then " to me', it's like all

these electrical impulses have been let out and just start going wild

all over my legs and arms. This stuff is hard enough to deal with as an

adult, but trying to explain why your body is writhing all over the

church pew when you're a kid is not fun. I do have the creepy, crawly,

snakes in my skin feeling too, but the exploding

knees really hits home. The Tylenol PM thing

just goes to show how different we all are. I took one - one night - and

it was one of the worst nights i've ever spent. My head was

dropping as I was frantically trying to walk off one of the worst

attacks i've ever had. Benadryl

does the same thing, I'm so sleepy I can't hold my head up and almost

fall down trying to keep

walking. More power to you if it works for you

though. I apologize to all of you for this being so long, but this

message from Lynn really sparked

some strong feelings, and as I told ne today, (I think it was

ne) I think I'm wired

from all these meds I'm taking for bronchitis.

Forgive me and thanks for listening.
