Hello everyone I know it has been awhile since I have been in touch. Recently I

went back to my Mental Health appt. the Dr. is trying me out on a different

antidepressant hoping this will help ease my suffering with RLS. They are trying

to wean me off Effexor and trying a new one at the same time which is Remeron? I

was told if this antidepressant doesn't help with my suffering I'm to go and see

a neurologist thinking maybe my antidepressant isn't the cause of my RLS. But,

the main reason I wanted to catch up with the group is to say to Kat that I'm

unemployed at this time in my life because of this for my symptoms are also

during the daytime which causes my legs to become weak. The issue of Disability

is to prove that you have done everything possible through the Dr's and there is

no cure or way of relieving your symptoms. This is what I am going through right

now I do not know if I will be able to get Disability but, if you believe that

you can no longer work because of this you have to do what you think is right?

Sorry , for such a long note but, wanted to put my input in on this subject. I

have alot of testing and Dr. appt's to go through before I can even start to

file and to hope and pray that I can switch antidepressants without any problems

last time I was tried to get off Effexor I ended up in the hospital due to going

into severe shaking episodes. So wish me luck group!! And Kat if you want any

advise on Disability please ask the group they give you the best advise and are

there to help you in anyway they can. I wish you all the best. You can e-mail me

at bowlpoker@.... My name is Lorie
