Guest guest
It's so strange for me to hear all my experiences from other people. The first time my knee popped out I had never felt a pain like that before(although that was before I had a baby) It only happened one time. I was playing basketball. I stopped playing jarring sports after that and now I can feel strains in that area if I'm doing something that might make it pop out. Of course now as an adult it's all I can do to stand and walk, let alone run. --- Rhonda/Steve//Austin yeahbaby@...> wrote: > Hi Peggie! > > I, too, have had knees popping out and surgeries on > both for that > reason. Guest guest
Thanks Rhonda for the information! My knees are not painful at all - even when they " pop " out. The fall is painful, but not the popping out. And, it does not happen very often, and has done it since I was 20. It's kind of like it goes out too far for me to keep up right. I almost walk on locked knees..... and of course cannot squat at all. When my knees go out on me - they go forward - never backward. I'm glad that the surgery helped on yours, but mine are not bad enough for that, and no doctor has ever said he could help the situation...... I just try to be near something to grap a hold of when it happens so I can stop the fall - and do stop it many times. I do know that this happens when I am tired... so probably what few muscles I have just " give up " !
