Guest guest
I am grateful to the person who recently said in a message that listening to music can be helpful. I decided to try it. I will do anything that keeps me from having to get out of bed. I chose an audio cassette of Philip Sousa's rousing band music. After lying with my eyes closed, quite spontaneously with no intention to visualize, I saw a marching band passing before me playing the music. That was neat. Then I focused on the nearest musician and as I watched him I saw that he was marching (walking) for me. That gave me a thrill that was evidenced by vibrations on the surface of my body. Later I lifted my point of view where I could easily see the entire band. All the band members were marching for me. That was an even greater thrill. Apparently the combination of music, visualization and emotion did it. This music has worked for me 4 out of 5 times. The time that it did not work, none of the usual tricks worked. That night I finally resorted to an overkill formula consisting of those harmless herbal sleep medicines (Valerian and Kava Kava) augmented by a bottle of beer while playing with the computer. I have not tried erotic music with appropriate visualizations. There is an overture by Tchaikovsky titled Romeo and t. I think that is the one which describes in literal musical terms 20 minutes of love-making complete with orgasm and peaceful aftermath. Let us know if any of you try it--for RLS I mean.
